Technical description
Door manufactured on a metallic assembly with top-mounted mechanism made of w mm thickness steel-plate and with waterproof closure thanks to lateral brushes. Available with anticorrosion prime and painted with polyurethane RAL colour according with available chart.
- High resistance polyester door panels, fire resistant M2 ignifuge self-extinguishing, dipped in coloured PVC according to our standard colours). Welded by high-frequency and with or without additional transparent view windows. Curtain is reinforced with horizontal metal bars to increase air pressure.
- Motor gearbox 400/230 v three-phase with electromechanic brake ATEX. End of run and Motor cover. Opening Speed 0,8 m/s.
- Release lever in case of power cut and manual lifting trough crank handle.
- Control panel in ATEX box. With general switch, up & down push buttons, emergency stop with a release pivoting system and voltage indicator. Control trough a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) with an adjustable motor protection through a Thermic overload discharge.
- Closing options with Dear Man function or Automatic Timer: adjustable between 1 and 60 seconds. It is suitable for any kind of opening systems only connecting the required electronic board. It is supplied at 220/308 Volts/three-phase.
- Safety mechanism during the doors operating thanks to the ATEX security photocell placed in the door frame and the conductivity safety edge placed on the bottom of the door. If one ot these safety devices detects an obstacle, security elements open the door and will stand open until passage is completely clear. The door can be activated from inside and outside using the corresponding push buttons.
- ATEX category is determined according with the area specified by the customer.

The CE marking inscribed on this door mains that it is completely in accordance with requirements described in:
- 89/336/EEC texts
- Concerning the EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility)
- 73/23/EEC concerning low voltage as well as its posterior modification 93/68/EEC.
